ROLE
I analyzed a local book store’s website, The Bookman, and determined what it should do to expand nationally.
PROBLEM BEING SOLVED
I found the content gaps and opportunities for new content so Bookman can expand nationally. Its website should have a more detailed About Us, a blog, Q&A Page, and a more contemporary website theme. Regarding non-owned opportunities, they should create Twitter, Pinterest, and Reddit accounts to expand their presence nationally. It is also recommended to post more frequently on Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram.
